Hello and welcome to the YOGA WITH KRIEDU! In this series, we are exploring different areas of emotional life experiences combined with a deeply respectful and nourshing physical practice. Where better to start off from than connecting to the body? It was planned to be recorded in the beautiful Slovak mountains, but weather conditions did not allow for it and I really wanted to dive into it.
